Overnight Oats

This recipe is a super easy, healthy and delicious way to start your day!


1/3 cup of pure gluten-free oats (I use only oats)

1 tablespoon of ground flax seed

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1 banana

unsweetened almond milk

agave nectar or honey for drizzling

Make it:

Before bed in a container with a good fitting lid combine all of the ingredients above except the agave or honey, adding enough almond milk just to cover the dry ingredients, shake up and leave in the fridge over night.

In the morning warm up if desired in the microwave and add the honey or agave for added sweetness, a dollop of plain greek yogurt makes a nice addition as well!
