Creamy Coffee Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients 

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 cup of coffee flavoured greek yogurt
(I used Oikos brand, feel free to use vanilla or any other flavour yogurt you like) 

1 tablespoon of maple syrup 

1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract 

pinch of sea salt 

1/4 cup of whole chia seeds 

Make It

1. Whisk together almond milk, greek yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup in a medium sized bowl until well combined

2. Whisk  in chia seeds thoroughly until well blended and allow the mixture to stand for 30 minutes on the counter 

3. Then stir the pudding to ensure the chai seeds are evenly distributed and having clumped at the bottom of the bowl 

4. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight

5. Serve!
