Morning Glory Granola

This granola is fast to make, gluten-free and tastes great! Plus it can be stored for up to two months in a air tight container in the refrigerator! I serve mine with non-fat vanilla greek yogurt. For some extra pizazz add some fresh cut fruit!


3 cups of gluten-free rolled oats (I use the Only Oats brand)

1/3 of chopped almonds (check for cross contamination and do not ever buy bulk)

1/3 cup of milled flax seed (check for gluten-free)

1/4 of shredded coconut

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/2 cup of dried sweetened cranberries

1/3 cup of sunflower seeds

1/4 cup of whole chia seeds (optional, but adds nice texture and amazing nutrition)

2 tablespoons of canola oil

Make it:

Preheat your oven to 350° F and cover a spray a baking sheet with cooking spray (I like coconut oil for this)

Stir together all of the ingredients except for the dried cranberries and place on the baking sheet, ensuring it is spread out evenly

Bake stiring once or twice for about 25-30 minutes until golden and fragrant

Once done in the oven stir in the cranberries and allow to cool on a wire rack before storing in a container.
